Start of the week
Week 8thJanuary 2013
I started making my blog which is on www.blogger.com this allows me to place all my research, drafts and any other work on it as well as it keeping it in a much organised manor.
Week 14thJanuary 2013
During this week I looked at music magazines that I know, it allowed me to analyse different styles of front covers, content pages and double page spreads. Doing this allowed me to have a rough idea of the styles, colours and layout I was going to go for, therefore I would not only be producing a magazine that people would like but it had to be eye catching.
Week 21stJanuary 2013
I then created a survey to see what people are interested in, it was a survey of 10 questions and I selected a small sample, this enabled me to see what music people are into as well as colours that would attract them to my magazine. At this stage i had some solid ideas as to what I wanted to do therefore I started to create my drafts as I had a rough idea of the style that interested me and my audience.
Week 28thJanuary 2013
I started thinking of the types of shots I wanted to use for my images and the words that would go on the front cover.
Week 4thFebruary 2013
Because I had thought of the images I wanted to use, I got a camera and started to take some basic pictures so that I could place them in Photoshop and see what things I could do with the images I had taken.
Week 11thFebruary 2013
At this point I had to take my proper pictures that I wanted to use for my front cover and content page, because I felt happy with the practice pictures and understood where I went wrong.

Week 22ndFebruary 2013
This week I had to start putting together my ideas for my DPS. I had a story that people would be interesting in, it covers a wide audience. By next week I should have it written up and I should have the actors that would be taking part in this, but its needs to be arranged.
Week 5thmarch 2013
Images for my DPS was taken this week. Also during this week I had to keep working on my front cover and contents page.
Week 12thmarch 2013
Now I have taken the images for my DPS I can finally start constructing it.
Week 22ndmarch 2013
Im spending this week doing my final touch ups as I felt a few things needed adjusting.
Week 29thmarch 2013
I can upload my front cover, contents page and DPS to my blog once I am happy with it.
Week 3rdmarch 2013
Any alterations that needed to be made.
Week12th April 2013
Everything’s finally completed, and I uploaded it.
